Probably your DNS is not that fast in updating.

Just check the server console log for errors and fix them. Usually the problems are described very well so it should be easy to fix them.

Entschuldigung für die Wortwahl aber outbound Ports zu blocken ist total hirnrissig und dumm. Zudem bietet das auch für ein Heimnetzwerk null Sicherheitsvorteile.Vielleicht betreibt er ja Kellerhosting, dann macht das ja schon Sinn.

The regular IP address might not work in some rare cases, just use the dynamic IP address then.
