ok and i checked the ftb launcher they still have ftb regrowht
That's because you downloaded it before. I asked the team and they said they removed the mod pack to make place for newer mod packs.

GroupManager ist nicht auf DevBukkit verfügbar, deswegen können wir es auch nicht zu Aternos hinzufügen. Außerdem war der Link zum Plugin falsch.

Gehe einfach zu Dateien & Plugins und such dir die Plugins aus, die du installieren möchtest.

Installiere einfach die jeweils neueste Version von allem und es sollte funktionieren. Wenn nicht, überprüfe den Serverlog für weitere Informationen.
