Can you post your crash log?

Start your server but do not join it yet. As soon as your server is started and shows status 'Online' open the server console. Type in
/gamerule randomTickSpeed 3
to set the random tick speed back to default.
Eventually, you should be able to join your server again.

I was just able to start the mod pack on my own server, the mod pack itself works fine. Often times it's the world that prevents the server from starting.

We can't redistribute paid plugins, that's illegal.

Why can't you do it one by one? Just click the little trash icon next to the plugin's name and confirm the deletion.

More time doesn't help if it ends in SERVER_STOPPED state.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date. Did you try reinstalling the mod yet?

Check the server console log for detailed error information to find out why the plugins don't work.

Mind that the original Essentials plugin only works up to Minecraft version 1.7.10. For newer Minecraft versions you have to use alternatives such as EssentialsX or Bssentials.
