You can find the server log at the My Server page. Check it for error messages concerning the plugin.

Spigot is just an enhanced version of CraftBukkit. Since Spigot also uses the Bukkit API, every CraftBukkit plugin works on Spigot too. So just use Spigot.

Your server just started successfully, it seems to work fine, I do not see any problems.

We only have got limited server resources. The waiting time depends on demand of servers. The more people want to start their server at the same time the longer the queue is. We can't influence demand but we give our best to keep the waiting time as low as possible anyways.

If we add it to our list you may install it on your server then.

Is this is a modded server? You should try joining the server using the original Minecraft launcher.
