Maybe it helps to check the server console log for additional error information then.

Check the server console for error messages on why the plugins don't work.

That's not completely true. We do not automatically update plugins. We just fetch new updates automatically so users can install updates manually if they want or need to.

Seems like your server takes up very much resources and thus is only able to start when overall network usage is low. This heavy load probably caused by a large world, so the best option would be to download it and lower its size by deleting unwanted or unnecessary chunks – or you just start a completely new world.

If this player is unwanted: Just ban him.

If this player is wanted: Probably his player file is corrupted. In this case download the world, remove his player file and upload the world again. His inventory and position will be lost, but he should be able to join the server again without crashing it.

GroupManagerX can't load because of invalid plugin.yml, probably the plugin is broken or not compatible with the currently installed CraftBukkit / Spigot version.

Factions can't load because it depends on MassiveCore, but MassiveCore is not installed.

AntiCheatReloaded is also not compatible with the currently installed CraftBukkit / Spigot version.

All the other plugins should work as far as I can see.

Your server just started successfully, it seems to work fine, I do not see any problems.

You can post it to Pastebin or Hastebin for example and give us the link to it.
