plugins stopped working after updating to 1.12

    I've updated my server to 1.12 so I can add the concrete blocks into my server for better color. but when I updated, the plugins stopped working. is this a bug, do I have to reinstall the plugins, or is it something else?

    thats not what im trying to say. i have a warp plugin and when i updated i did /warp and it said unknown command. its as if the server cant even find the plugin(s). i did /help and it didnt see any plugins installed. it even seemed like the /help menu changed. let me see what happends if i reop myself. it might be that. (even though it says im oped.)
    EDIT: that didnt work. that was dumb anyway to try because it cant even find the command. lol!
    EDIT2: im guessing its something to do with reloading the plugins and or refreshing it. i've downgraded back to 1.11.2 and its still not working.
