Try to start your server later again when overall network usage is lower.

If you use AuthMe you have to register and log in to be able to move.

Why do you upload two maps? You have to remove the players directory of the Kingdoms BedWars map and upload that exactly map!

I think you deleted the wrong file. You have to delete the directory called 'players', or at least his player file inside this directory.

If you stop your server and don't change any configuration files and reload the page, is the plugin still installed? Does it only change to a text file after you start it again?

Probably his player file is corrupted. Download the world, remove his player file and upload the world again. His inventory, position and achievements will get lost but he should be able to join his server again.

You just have to remove the players directory out of the world before uploading it. After you've done that you can upload it and then it should work.

What do you need help with? Please explain your problem as detailed as possible.

You just need to upload the world, nothing else. Your old world will be overwritten then though.

We only update to recommended versions. If a new recommended version is available we will update it of course.

For me the installation works fine. Delete the text file and try to install the plugin again.
