Aternos uses a dynamic cloud system, so your server IP changes after every restart (the static .aternos.me IP is actually just a SRV record forwarding to the real IP address when connecting with Minecraft). That would brick your BuyCraft configuration everytime.

Maybe it helps if you delete the players directory. Every player's inventories, positions and achievements will be lost then, but it's worth a try. You can also copy the world to make a backup.

@Boat555123 It seems like you always mix up upload and download:
Upload: PC -> Server
Download: Server -> PCIt's not possible to download the whole server, only your world. Plugin configuration files can be copied manually though.
