Das Plugin an sich ist die JAR-Datei und hat ein Blatt Papier als Symbol, ja. Damit der zugehörige Ordner erstellt wird, musst du auf der Mein Server-Seite entweder CraftBukkit oder Spigot installieren und deinen Server mindestens einmal starten. Dann wird auch das Plugin geladen und damit der Ordner erstellt.

Seems like your world is corrupted. Did you try to open it in single player mode yet? Maybe it helps to run a chunk fixer over it.

If it says "Bad login" you have to make sure that your server is in premium mode and you are logged in correctly using a valid premium Minecraft account.

Create the world in single player and upload it to your server then.

We can only add plugins that are available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC.

Like the plugins, warp and others.
If you just modify the world these things will stay unaffected. New player files will be created automatically then.

I just started your server again, for me it works fine. If it wasn't for Mojang's authentication servers that are down I could've joined your server without problems.

Download the world, delete your player files and then upload your world again. Your inventory, position and achievements will be gone, but you should be able to join your server again.
