Download your world, delete your players file and re-upload your world again. Your inventory and achievements will be lost but you should be able to join your server again.

Considering the syntax the configuration file is fine, too. Do you have a chat manager installed that's compatible with PermissionsEX?

You did completely reinstall your server? Maybe the updated mod pack must be adjusted to be able to start again. @Roman can check that.

Start your server again, a new log will be generated. If a plugin doesn't work error messages should appear in the log. These error messages usually tell you what to do to fix the problem.

Most likely you just installed the wrong version or misconfigured the plugin. Also make sure you did install CraftBukkit or Spigot as server software.

The length of the queue depends on demand of servers. The more people want to start their server at the same time the longer the queue is. We can't influence demand but we give our best to keep the waiting time as low as possible anyways.

The queue can be skipped once using headstart keys, but keys are only given away at events organized by our partners or by us.

Mind that the original Essentials plugin (pack) only works up to Minecraft version 1.7.10.
