I am again telling you ping is totally related to your internet not matter which server hosting your using. In simple words ping is the time your pc takes to communicate with aternos servers.

PIng is totally related to your ISP(Internet service provider) and your internet speed matter upto an extent. Is such there is no solution other changing your ISP I guess

This error is talking about the storage limit. You might need to regenerate the world as even if you manage to reduce the world size you will soon again reach the storage limit

I'd recommend you to restore a backup and stay on 1.17 for now.
You may want to try again when forge released an 1.18 recommended build
