Please check if the versions of the mods installed on your pc match the versions of the mods installed on the serve. Note that I am talking about the mod version and not the minecraft version. Only if your 100% sure that the mod versions match, try deleting the config folder and the serverconfig folder(located in the world folder). On your pc you can delete the config folder which is located in the .minecraft folder.

better end mod is causing it to crash. It seems like there are mods which are conflicting with it because you might have a another biome mod similar to better end

valkyrienskies might be causing issues and try using arclight instead of mohist

you can also try using a mod called ferritecore which reduces memory usage
