Which server software do you use?

try removing that mod

try removing few mods till the server stops crashing

Which server software and version do you use?

Make sure that the exact same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

If you use a Modpack make sure you're running the same version as the server.

Maybe factions plugin. I am not sure. Try contacting the plugin author

try using arclight instead of mohist and see if it makes it better

can you also try deleting the serverconfig folder on your server which is located in the world file

That's weird. Are you able to join few random non aternos minecraft servers?

can you try reverting to a backup of the server and see if it works
