you need to try suggesting the mod in https://aternos.org/suggest. If it says it can't be added, then it can't be added

you need to check your client log for that
Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same Minecraft and mod version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.
If you're 100% sure that they match exactly then you can try deleting your config folder on your pc and server.
If you use a Modpack make sure you're running the same version as the server.

I can’t join my server whenever I try to join it just says “server is offline” but I go back to my aternos server and it says it’s online I have cracked of and it still won’t let me join idk how to fix I even tried searching it up

Try installing the latest version of death chest mod and if you already have the latest version, then you might need to remove it and report the issue to the mod author

That makes not sense. Aternos doesn't modify any modpacks, so if you facing any issue, contact the modpack author
