The current modpack system doesn't allow that. The server files aren't stored individually for each server. This has already been suggested before so please use the search feature

According to the log, either you haven't installed betterfurnacesreforged or you have installed the wrong version on your PC. Can you share a screenshot of the mods you use on the server and PC

The ticking entity is a villager and doesn't seem to be caused by a mod, so removing the ticking entity by clicking on solve button, which is in the crash report page should have fixed it
