Connection timed out : no further information

    So i got this problem in my server when i launch it and join it takes a couple of seconds and then it says connection timed out : no further infomation , well it isnt on my wifi/pc only , it happens to my friends too when they try to join , please i need help , btw it dosent happen on other servers so yeah , im waiting for anybodys answers please :saint:

    I've experienced a similar problem, so I might be able to help. If you don't mind me asking, is the server vanilla, spigot/paper, forge, or fabric?
