Pls help me get a plugin for my server so that i can easily tp to spawn using /spawn command like in other sever pls & also tell how to keep our sever 24*7 online pls

You have many plugins that can do this. Setspawn plugin does the job perfectly, you can also download hubthat which will provide you not just a spawn for each world, but a hub/lobby spawn as well, it is normaly used for a minigames server or a server with more than 4/5 worlds
