Requesting End and Nether world folder access in PaperMC 1.19+

Paper 1.19 had changed where per world configurations are stored, and they are inside the world folders, including the nether and the_end folders.

Right now, I cannot access the world_nether and world_the_end folders in my server.

I have tried disabling world optimization, and I have also tried accessing them while the server is active, but to no avail.

Access to these folders are required for me to implement Paper's recommended anti-xray settings, in 1.19.
