Hallo i want to ask something about editing plugins

Hallo i need help again so i have payed people to build me a hub and give me in a zip folder but the hub needs schematics to work and my problem is i cant edit my plugins that are not in folder

EDIT: What i wanted to say is eaven if i can edit the plugins there is no option to create new folder on the plugin folder with that i cant make my server or there is i dont know where ?

also long time ago i did about snap shot plugins now they are alloweed and still cant find the important ones

Essentials staff got suspsender for some reasone and people made snapshot commands if i import essentials in my server it starting to crush if i add snapshots it wont crush because it replaces essentials plugin
