hello, i think server has some issues
i play tech world 2 modpack with my friends first of all when i connect server avast window pops up and says that is virus
it happens everytime when any of the friends connect(we all have avast)
after 5-10 minutes of playing everyone gets disconnected from server and it says that server closed
i think that two things have some connection to each other because aternos it happens together when virus screen pops up after 10 minutes of connecting server it kicks us
plz help

This has nothing to do with Aternos. Your anti virus software just gives false alarm. Maybe you can whitelist this object.

what about server shutting down

Your server shuts down shortly after no player is online anymore.

server says server closed when its full but website shows server is running and we cant connect when we try to connect it says connection refused

Check the console log... Find the Error and fix it.

And make sure you type in the IP address correctly.
