Help with Citizens2 and excellent crates

Can anyone help me? I have server on 1.18.2. But why citizens2 skins doesnt load its always steve. And excellentcrates i cant find it it says no plugins were found. Can anyone help me fix it?

ExcellentCrates isn't available on Aternos.
