~~My server will not let me log on.~~ ~~It just gets stuck on the Logging In screen.~~
FIXED!
New issue, i can not advertise my server on minecraft-server-list.com
It says my server is not online when it is.
?? Any solutions?

Type the ip correctly, and if its not working try to stop your server and start it again

As your server doesn't have a real static IP address it's not possible to put them into public server lists.
