Mob is not damaging players in server end crystal also

I was expecting this issue for weeks i also reinstall server but it doesn't help i will give full access to aternos staff member if they are ready to help.

My server version is 1.19.2 running on papermc (i changed from spigot if it help but it doesn't help) my discord I'd is AKSG#6495
