i afk on my server and got kicked and then i tried to join my server again , and this popped up, tried the back up and even made a new server and its still the same problem the image below keeps popping up every time i try to connect to a server

The error message says that there was a problem with minecraft.net, and minecraft.net is not affiliated with aternos.org in any way. Meanwhile the problem should be fixed already, so just try to join your server again.
