I tried /fml confirm and reinstalling the server. PLEASE HELP!

Did you check your console log, or did you get any error while trying to start it

You had to type in /fml confirm into the server console when asked for it, not just anytime. I've done that for you so you don't have to do it in future anymore unless the mod pack gets updated.
