It does not only depend on time.
- We check the comments of a plugin if it still works with the last mc version
- We check how often the plugin received an update. We don't want to add plugins where only one version is available, because these plugins are mostly very buggy.Also the impression the plugin makes on us plays a role.
And some other factors.
