On my aternos server some textures glitch like skin and the sun and it only happens on Aternos and i do not use any recource packs

If you mean there's only Steve or Alex skin, skins don't work on cracked servers, disable cracked or use a plugin/mod that restores the skins.
For the sun, try restarting your game.
If the problem persists, please get a screenshot.

You can just press f3 + t and you dont have to relaunch the game
