Can't download the world

Can anyone please help

I can't download my world.

Since my email is gonna deleted soon and my backups is saved on the email drive so i have to download it but looks like i can't download it so please help me, only 6 days left and my email is gone

Because i don't want to loose my server i just made this account

wait what but i have a server/world in my account and it is connected to my email drive

Oh nvm i just found out that i had to start my server to download it @_@
