a player on my server has the the world seed i need too access my PERVIOUS logs before the server restarted can i have them ??????????????

No, you can't access the previous server logs.
But if you are using the plugins DiscordSRV or EssentialsXDiscord, and has attached a console channel, then you can check for your previous log messages using Discord. -
We only store the latest server log. We can't give you access to data that we don't have.
