How to use a special (written by me) flat world template on the server?

I would like to use a special flat world template. But when I enter it in "Generator-Settings" and turn on the server it crashes, I'll mark here that I changed the world type to flat before. I need help with this

The template is 100% correct because I copy it from Minecraft

Just generate the world in singleplayer and then upload it to the server.
