I am searching a While for a good Prefix plugin that overrides essentials.... i cant find any.. Could you guys help me out please?

I Suggest you to use:
-PermissionsEX
-GroupManager
-PowerRanks
-ChatManagerReloaded
These are good prefix plugins you need to install!
Make ranks with them, config them, prefix them!

PowerRanks is not good at all, Just use groupmanager,Vault,bchatmanager and you prefixes will work and Use EssentialsX
