Ich habe ein Problem mit dem PlugIn "sTablist"

So mein Problem: Wnn ich den Server (neu)starte verschwindet die gesamte Config-Einstellung!
Was muss ich tun?
Was mache ich falsch?
Außerdem habe ich eine Frage zu Essentials (1.12):
Ich habe ausversehen es irgendwie eingestellt dass der Spielername im Chat rot angezeigt wird!
Hier erstmal was so bei EssentialsChat steht:

Also, ich hätte es gerne so, dass der Spielername in der Farbe hellgrün (&a) angezeigt wird!
Wie bekomme ich das hin?
Habe ich etwas falsches eingestellt?
Ebenfalls bei Essentials: Wie bekomme ich die Joining-Message unter der richtigen Joining-Message weg?
Also zuerst steht da
"Willkommen auf VantureCraft [Username]"
und dann
"Willkommen, [Username]!"
Wie bekomme ich das zweite weg? Habe keine Ahnung wo und wie das eingestellt wird!?
