Hi. I have been thinking about being a helper for the forum. What are the requirements?
Also I think there is a Discord for aternos. Can I have a link to it?

Just be active and help other users as best as you can. If we, the team, think you're eligible being a Helper we will promote you.

Helpers are not team members, whereas supporters are team members with much more qualification and responsibility.

We only hire German speaking team members, that's why the page only is available in German.

We already thought about that, and decided against it.
As all of our team members come from Germany we prefer people who speak German.
Managing a team with people from multiple countries and different languages is really difficult and brings many hurdles especially in communication.Also all of our internal management software, documents, project management etc. and of course voice communication on our teamspeak is done in German. Changing that from German to English is almost impossible.
Anyway, if you want to apply you can do that of course.
