Unable to join modded server

Logs: https://mclo.gs/OT9JXE6 I'm making a server to play with my friends, but it says the its an incompatible vanilla server, and if i try to join, it says Payload may not be larger than 1048576. I'm using 29 mods including the libraries. If anyone can help, please do.
