Server Crashing after a few minutes of gameplay

Details: Forge 43.2.0, game version 1.19.2, 120 mods installed

I am attempting to play on my server with 4 friends but am encountering issues with server crashes. The server all in all is laggy, however, the issue is that after a few minutes of playing the server freezes and kicks you out with a "Timed out" or "Disconnected" error message. There is about an 80% chance the server will also crash on the Aternos homepage after it kicks you out. Reading through the logs it says that the server cannot keep up. I believe this may be due to the size of the modpack but I want to make sure if that is the case.

Many of them do, some examples are the grappling hook mod, gobber, born into chaos, whisperwoods, ars noveu, almost all of em

Its giving lots of errors for the rowboat because small ships is in alpha for 1.19.2, meaning it has some ships in the modfiles that arent actually in the game thus isn't assigned a crafting recipe. I did try removing it though and the problem persisted.
