center screen notify text

is there a way to move the large text notifications when moving through the world from the large text to the chat window ?

where it tells you as you enter new faction territory the faction name and description appear in large text in the middle of the screen. ive seen other servers move this to the regular chat.

i read through the config file in plugins/mstore/factions_mcong/instance/json
but cannot clearly see where its triggered or how to make it chat not large center screen. sorry fairly new at this
