So this strange thing keeps happening. My server starts in the queue, and when it gets through it goes online. I can't join it but everyone else can. I have the correct IP and I have been playing on it for a long time. I have a theory that my VPN might be messing it up. But this is not the main problem.
There is this wierd glitch that when its in the queue it randomly says starting... It's not a big problem or anything but its interesting. It even goes online with the dynamic IP and you can restart it and stuff but its not actually online. Wierd.

Did you try to start and join your server without the VPN yet?

In this case your DNS doesn't update fast enough. I personally recommend using Google's DNS, they're pretty fast, but some internet service providers our routers prohibit the use of custom DNS'. Contact your ISP for more information.
