Rlcraft server crashed once while in a dungeon and now it won't stay on

    My server crashed not too long ago, it was me and 4 friends in a dungeon when it crashed on us and gave me this code https://mclo.gs/3Y1LCb9

    I looked it up and supposedly it was a RAM issue but ever time i look up other server hosting options they all recommend 3GB to 4GB of ram for a server, and Aternos supplies 3.5 GB, The hasn't even been on for a long time, i'm the only one who barely got diamond gear and we haven't done much either aside from dying a lot

    If anyone can help me out and just let me know my options that'd been fantastic, thank you
