I share an Aternos server with a few colleagues and all of us have access to the Aternos account, but one of my colleagues found something that added something in front of my name like a title/alias and caused my name to get a pink color. I heard this had something to do with teams being made, and I was wondering where I can find these settings so I can revert them for myself as my colleague won't tell me.
Where do I find the teams and alias settings?

Do not, under any circumstances, share your login information with other people. It’s that simple. There is no reason to ever give your password to anyone else.
If you want other people to be able to start your server, use the Share Access feature.

It's not something on Aternos, so we can't really help you here.
That's either a plugin or with vanilla commands.

Try the /team command.

It's not exactly my server, it's a shared server on a shared Aternos account (not the one I am currently on).
Try the /team command.
It's indeed this command to configure teams, so problem resolved; thanks!
