Why I can't Make Aternos Server??

I alr waiting in queue for 32 min.. After done it not said anything ! Do my pc have problem or this website have one ??

As soon as it's your turn in the queue you have to click the red button below the progress bar the confirm that you are still present. If you do that, eventually your server will be started.
