my friend's shared access server disappeared and there is no way to see him again on my server list

I need help. I play on a normal server with my friends, java editon, cracked on. The server has been created from my friend and he shared the access to me, for all this time have worked, but, since few days i cant see the server on the list. my friend doesnt did nothing, he tried also to remove my name and put it back on the list of shared access, but nothing happened. Anyone know how to fix that?
