Hello,
As i said before it a problem with the text command in the Citizens plugin. Basically, what happens is when i use the text commands on the npcs they work, but they don't display. I managed to only get one working, and i don't even know how i did it. Yes, i am saving it, and yes, i have the right version. I've checked console and it appears to me that there's nothing wrong. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Can you use the old version of Citizen ?

The Newest version of Citizen is only working on 1.11.2 Above, if your usinbg 1.7.2 or 1.8 Please use the Old Version

Did you already have a look into the console or the log?
Maybe there is an exception or error message which explains you why citizens isn't working. -
have you tried setting "debug-mode" to true in the citizens config?

The Citizens are not despawn they are not from this Plugins only the texts

but i have no idea if the plugin will save the citizens i've already made
If you just uninstall the plugin itself (the jar file), but keep its directory (the configuration files), they should stay.
