So my server had been going well for a long time, frames, play time, players exploring areas while others are in the overworld, it ran very well, but its started to tank in performance now though, randoms crashes and frame skips, any way to do a clean up? Clear cache or some sort of settings I can do to get my server a fresh boost?

The issue with modpacks is that they are very resource-intensive and heavy, on a free server host, this can become problematic after a while. The best you could probably do is restart the world, but this will make you lose everything on it, logically.
