Hello,
Today I have tried to play with Essentials and it seemed to require the version called 1.7.2 RO3. As I had the 1.7.2 RO1, I thought it could work, and it worked, but some commands were broken. PermissionsEx also needed this version, and when I added it and played, none of the commands worked. If you could add 1.7.2 RO3, it would be great, as I have already started a server there and I don't want to restart it.

Normally this should work without any problems as most plugins (especially Essentials and Pex) are compatible with all bukkit releases of a minecraft version.
Also we can not add them because the old downloads of bukkit aren't available anymore due to a DCMA issue.You could tell us which problems you have and we can try to find an solution for that. Maybe it's just an usage problem.
