Hi. I wrote more thread with this question but nobody had answer. I had installed the plugins citizens and customNPC, but when I enter on my server this two plugins don't work. Why?

Check the server console log for more detailed error information on why the plugins don't work.

No, you didn't.
If you had a look into the console you would have seen this:
Code[22:11:23] [Server thread/ERROR]: [Citizens] v2.0.17-SNAPSHOT (build 1316) is not compatible with Minecraft v1_9_R2 - try upgrading or downgrading Citizens. Disabling.I think this error message speaks for itself.

AFAIK you just need to use another version of citizens.

The question is whether that last version is compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot software too. Check the plugin's web page to find out which plugin version is compatible with a specific Minecraft version.

Hm? Just try to downgrading the versions of Citizen and also CustomNPC, and also try to check the version of your software if its compatible with citizens and customnpc plugin

There are multiple 1.9 versions of Citizens, try https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-…0-19-alpha-1-for-mc-1-10/ but if that doesn't work, try any of the versions on this page https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/cit

There are no problems in your console anymore. Are you sure that you use that plugin correct?

It means that the plugin is not compatible in the version of your server and as you can see theirs no Error on console, Please google the versions of all Citizen plugin

Please go in the configuration of the Citizen and set the DebugMode = True
