Problem to put item_frame on chest or redstone powder on dispenser

    Hello, for a short time, it is impossible by bending down to put a frame on a chest. It is no longer possible to put anything on another object, the same goes for hoppers on chests or Furnace.

    I don't know what to do, can someone please help me.
