Command Blocks are not working

    I am playing on a 1.19.2 server with some mods (lucky block, tax free levels, treefall, etc.) and whenever a wishing well (the well with a command block in it) spawns the server crashes and I can't place command blocks as an OP on my own server. Can anyone help?
