    Adding permissions to groups/users are not that hard. I doubt anyone would want to pay someone to do it. Plenty of tutorials exist on the internet - they're not hard to find. If you REALLY need it, I could do it later for you. No need for payment. It's a simple process that gets pretty easy the more you do it.
