20k only on one server?

    So ive been playing on an smp on Aternos for the past 2 weeks and today it was just unplayable. Everyone was online which was around 6 people but I joined and I had a ping of 20k. Every other server works, speedtest showed 100+ mbs does anyone know what caused this and how to fix, I would really like to play on the smp

    20k ping aren't obviously caused by Aternos because ping is client side.
    Where are you connecting from?

    And that 100+ mbs has nothing to do with the problem since Aternos servers are not everywhere
