I keep getting 'Timed out' on my client but no errors in console

Every time I try and play in a create server I get 'Timed out' error. No errors in the console. Java has assess though the firewall and even a VPN does nothing. The RAM stays around 50% and I only have 10 mods. It was fine at the start but the error showed. I got a friends to join and they got the error.

UK (edit) Never had the issue before until now (edit 2) I'm loading the world in locally to see if it works there

It's in 1.16.5 so it will use an integrated server... The tick speed in the debug menu is about 3k may be a world issue. I'm trying the server with a different world

I joined the server with a new world and it works fine. It looks like a world issue but I still don't know why the tick speed suddenly went up
